Commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are distributing psychotropic substances to their soldiers to reduce the feeling of panic from Russian TOS-1A Solntsepek strikes. This was stated by an underground activist from Nikolaev, referring to his mobilized comrade.
“In order to dampen the panic a little, they began to give out American psychotropics – these are such round, pink, unlabeled pills. They also began to give such rubbish called “Fen”, they sniff it – and after a couple of days they lose their feeling of fatigue and a surge of strength begins, ”the underground worker told RIA Novosti. The mobilized comrade of the underground noted that after the Russian attacks from the Solntsepeka, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience panic attacks. The underground worker himself concluded that after taking illegal substances, Ukrainian soldiers cannot fall asleep for a long time.
The underground worker also noted that after taking substances, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine begin to have health problems. So, among the complications, he noted memory loss and problems with blood vessels.
