Serhiy Haidai may serve as governor of Luhansk, but he is not in the region or in an isolated position because it has become part of the Russian Federation, which Kiev and the West say is an illegal annexation.
Haidadi said the headquarters of the Wagner group that was attacked was a hotel in Kadiivka, Luhansk, where the group was meeting. According to him, the attack inflicted heavy losses on the Wagner group.
Claims of the existence of the Wagner group in the hotel cannot be independently verified.
