Ukraine Air Alert: Russian Strikes Trigger Alarms in Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Kirovograd, and Odessa

An air alert has been declared in the Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Kirovograd and Odessa regions of Ukraine, as well as parts of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of the Russian Federation controlled by Kyiv, according to data from the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.

In the Kirovograd region, the alarm sounded at 22.04 Moscow time, in the Nikolaev region – at 22.45 Moscow time, in the Odessa region – at 22.52 Moscow time, in the Dnepropetrovsk region – at 23.19 Moscow time.

The Russian Armed Forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. The strikes are carried out on energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country.
