Hard to believe, but true: British police have issued a statement calling on adults to stop bypassing lockdowns to play games. Pokémon Go. Surreal as it sounds, there are people, they specify, over 30 years old, who break the rules for hunting creatures. Here is the police statement:
“Our team has had to face different men 30 years and older over the past week, who saw fit to skip the quarantine and go into public places to hunt Pokémon. Honestly, yes, you read that right.”
These non-civic behaviors do a disservice to the community, from which further excuses of the caliber of “I was exercising.” And that in Niantic they took charge from the beginning of the pandemic and made it possible for us to hunt Pokémon at home and even participate in raids from our home, in order to enjoy it without leaving the safe zone.
In Spain we do not have confinements, at least for the moment, as we did last year; however, if so, make sure you adhere to the rules, as you don’t need to skip them to get better creatures.
