Can be admitted to register, after authorization of the person in charge of teaching, the holders of the Capacity of Medicine and Biology of the Sport or of a diploma of Specialist in cardiology or registered in DES of cardiovascular pathology.
Goals
The objective of this diploma is to improve knowledge of the cardiovascular physiological specificities related to the practice of sport, the methods of
screening for cardiovascular anomalies and fitness for sports practice in the event of cardiovascular disease.
Programme
- Module 1: Physiology, pathophysiology and exploration of the cardiovascular system during exercise
- Module 2: Screening for cardiovascular anomalies in those who practice physical and sports activities
- Module 3: Sport and cardiac pathologies, liability, doping
- Internships: they consist in the interpretation of stress tests, gas exchange measurements (vo2) and ultrasounds

Knowledge Control And Validation
The exams are organized each year on the site of one of the 3 co-contracting universities.
- Nature of tests and validation
The knowledge check is carried out at the end of the training in the form of an anonymous written test graded out of 20 including three editorial questions.
The jury includes a University Hospital Practitioner professor from each of the three co-contracting universities as well as one or two teachers participating in the training.
To be admitted, candidates must have obtained the average.
- Repetition conditions
To be admitted to repeat, candidates will have to produce a cover letter.
