The coordination of the UFDG federations of North America also denounced “a relentlessness and” terror “on the part of the regime in Conakry.
« Currently Guinea is going through difficult times by the simple will of a single politician who insists on dying in power. In addition to the difficulties common to Guineans, our party and its allies have been victims for months of a real relentlessness and terror on the part of the illegitimate regime in Conakry in particular. :

- The continued judicial harassment against the executives of the UFDG and the ANAD, activists and sympathizers and many opinion leaders arbitrarily arrested and detained in inhumane conditions followed by cases of death in prison.
- The assassination of more than 51 citizen supporters of the UFDG and the ANAD without any justice.
- The illegal closure of the offices of the president of the party and the headquarters of the UFDG».
The coordination of the UFDG federations of North America reaffirms its determination to continue the fight for the establishment of democracy and the rule of law in Guinea.
