On Saturday, Deutsche Post opened a post office in the Pfeuffer-Mühle at Mühlenweg 3 in Uettingen. In addition to equestrian and dog sports articles and pet food, customers can now also have letters stamped or deliver and collect parcels. As Second Mayor Johannes Krämer emphasized at the opening, the municipality of Uettingen is very pleased that after the closure of the post office in the game heaven there is now a post office in Uettingen again. The location has changed, but the services have remained the same, says Michael Lunz, sales manager at Deutsche Post in Würzburg.
In the post office of the cooperation partner Pfeuffer-Mühle, letters, parcels and parcels can be handed in, consignments that have been notified can be picked up or postage and parcel stamps can be bought. Also offered are pre-franked Plus letters, cards and parcels and the option of ordering registered mail and forwarding. In the branch, Petra Pfeuffer-Enlow and her employees Kurt Martin, Annabell Enlow and Antonia Weidenhammer are available to answer customers’ questions. Lunz sees advantages for the customer in the cooperation with retailers, as they can also do their shopping quickly and conveniently in one place.

There was hardly any time for congratulations and small talk on Saturday, because the first postal customers were already outside the door just in time for the opening. Michael Lunz supported the team on the first day of work and wished Petra Pfeuffer-Enlow every success.
Pfeuffer-Enlow took over the Pfeuffer mill from her father in 1987. The product range of the former flour mill has been successively expanded over the years and horse and dog sport items were quickly added to the pet food.
