Uemoa Court of Auditors: the new members installed

Segnon Yves Marie ADISSIN has presided over the destinies of the Court of Auditors of the West African Monetary Union since May 8, 2023. This body is in charge of controlling the management of the other bodies of the commission. This appointment follows the entry into office of new advisers, including the former president of the Supreme State Control Authority and the fight against corruption, Phillipe K. Nion

The new President, Counselor in respect of the Republic of Benin, in the name of his peers and in his own name, thanked the Heads of State for the confidence placed in them through their appointment. He assured that this control mission will be carried out with dedication and professionalism.

The president will be assisted in his tasks by 2 advisers also appointed, in particular, Mr. Philippe Néri Kouthon NION, in respect of Burkina Faso, Mr. Félix Sohuily ACKA, in respect of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.

Who is Segnon Yves Marie ADISSIN?

A chartered accountant by training, President ADISSIN holds, among other things, a Master’s degree in Economics, option Business Management, a Diploma of Higher Studies Specialized in Financial Management and a Higher Accountant Certificate from the University of Dakar in Senegal. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants (OECCA) of Benin.
