UEFA explains that refunds “will be available to fans with tickets for gates A, B, C, X, YEZ, where the most difficult circumstances have been reported”. In addition, “supporters who have not entered the stadium before 20:00 [hora do início do jogo] or who were unable to enter the stadium’, are also eligible for reimbursement.
