“UEFA Considers Playing Champions League Match in North America, says President Aleksander Ceferin”

The president of UEFA surprised by announcing that they are considering playing a match in North American territory

“In 2025, the final will be in Munich. After that, we’ll see,” said the Slovenian.

UEFA does not want to be left behind and continues to think about modifying its star competition, the Champions League. Aleksander Ceferin, president of the entity, and his collaborators, however, will not stop there and continue to study ways to make the tournament more attractive. One of them would be to play a match on North American territory, something to which the Slovenian leader has left the door open. “It is possible to play matches in the United States. We are talking about it,” announced the Balkan.
