UDINE. The University of Udine has suspended about ten people from the service, including teachers and administrative technical staff, who do not comply with the vaccination obligation.
Among these there is also the confirmed researcher of the Department of Mathematical and Physical Computer Sciences, Vittorino Talamini, who communicates it to the students in an internal message: “Today I unexpectedly received a Rector’s decree of suspension from service.
From tomorrow, therefore, I will no longer be able to be part of the examination commission for the exams of Rational Mechanics (Civil Engineering) and Mathematical Physics (Mechanical Engineering). The exams made to date have all been recorded. I am sorry for this inconvenience”.
Talamini had already ended up at the center of attention for the intervention he had made last October on his position against the Green pass, before starting the lesson to the freshmen of Engineering.
The researcher had explained why he believed that the Green Pass was against the Constitution, without sparing criticism of the sources of information that would spread only news suggested by the Government.
Then the rector, Roberto Pinton, had opened a disciplinary procedure, which had no consequence. The suspension is an act due following the checks carried out on compliance with the vaccination obligation taken in the universities last February 1st
