The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is pleased to publish today the program of the UCI BMX Racing World Cup 2023.
The 2023 UCI BMX Racing World Cup will kick off the weekend of June 3-4 with two rounds staged in Sakarya. The Turkish city, located about 150km east of Istanbul, hosted the final four rounds of the 2021 UCI BMX Racing World Cup over two weekends.
Organizer of the 2021 UCI BMX Racing World Championships and now the discipline’s traditional UCI World Cup venue, Papendal (Netherlands) will once again welcome the best BMX racing athletes on the planet, as part of the third and fourth rounds of the 2023 UCI World Cup .
Just weeks away from the UCI BMX Racing World Championships, held as part of the first UCI Cycling World Championships in Glasgow and Scotland (Great Britain), the riders will return to the UCI Racing BMX World Cup, the fifth and sixth rounds of which will be contested on a unique site: the Sarrians track, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, in France, not far from the famous Mont-Ventoux. The city hosted a round of the UEC BMX Racing European Cup from 2019 to 2021.
The final four rounds of the 2023 UCI BMX Racing World Cup will take place in Santiago del Estero, Argentina. On this occasion, the series will make its return to a city that hosted one or more rounds of the series every year from 2013 to 2019.
