UBS Agrees to Pay $1.43 Billion to Settle Fraud Lawsuit in the US: What Stocks to Buy?

WASHINGTON, Aug 14 (Reuters) – UBS has agreed to pay $1.43 billion (€1.3 billion) to end a 2018 civil lawsuit in the United States over suspected fraudulent sales mortgage-backed securities, the Swiss bank and the US Department of Justice said in separate statements on Monday.
