“Ubisoft+ arrives on Xbox platforms but faces criticism from players over price and availability”

Ubisoft+ finally arrives on Xbox platforms, bringing with it over 60 titles for Xbox and PC users can enjoy them more easily. In theory this was the idea, however, players did not like this proposal due to the price and the way it arrives, what they have actively demonstrated on social media.

The Ubisoft+ service came to Microsoft platforms for $17.99, something that users found too excessive, as if the fact that it wasn’t enough the service is not available in all countries and is not included in the Xbox Game Pass service, which would mean an extra payment for players who want to purchase the services of both products. In addition, they compare the fact that the value is higher than the version for Uplay+.

From the company’s perspective, the director of Ubisoft Plus, Philippe Tremblay, defend the pitch of the product at that price, considering the guarantees it offers for Xbox over the Uplay version. On the Ubisoft platform, the service offers access to the entire library of video games, while on Xbox it not only offers this, it also allows you to enjoy the titles on Xbox, PC, Luna (future Amazon service) and soon Playstation, in addition to allowing you to continue the session between platforms.

The players are not convinced by the director’s arguments and maintain their discontent that the Ubisoft service has come expensive and apart from Xbox Game Pass, which is cheaper and brings a greater number of video games available. It remains to wait for it to reach more countries to see if this changes the perspective of the players.
