Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub rebel against commission capping decided in New York

(AOF) – The giants of the “gig economy” are striking back. Uber Eats (Uber group), DoorDash and Grubhub (Just Eat Takeaway group) on Thursday launched legal proceedings against New York City, which approved at the end of August a text providing for capping the commissions that delivery companies of meals require restaurants.
