Mark UAZ introduced a limited version of the SUV “Patriot”. The release of the Antarctic Edition special series is timed to a memorable date – exactly 200 years ago, Russian sailors discovered Antarctica.

A total of 200 anniversary cars will be produced.

Specifications remained unchanged: under the hood – gasoline ZMZ Pro motor 2.7 liter (150 hp). The transmission is “mechanical”, 5-speed, “razdatka” – with an electromechanical drive. But the pearl body color “White Metallic” is exclusive to this version.

Among the additional equipment required for the limited Patriot is an expeditionary luggage carrier with a ladder on the fifth door (certified, which is important), fog lights and nameplates in the lower part of the driver’s door and on the “spare tire” cover.

The limited edition was created on the basis of the Optimum configuration with additional options. The Antarctic Edition equipment list includes the “Winter Package” with the functions of heating the leather-wrapped steering wheel, windshield, front and rear seats, air conditioning and cruise control, as well as an additional interior heater. For a surcharge, you can equip the car with climate control, a pre-heater with the function of an autonomous heater, a multimedia system with navigation, a rear differential lock and a safe parking system.

The price of the special version is not yet called. The “regular” Patriot now costs at least 820,000 rubles.

Formerly Auto Mail.ru reported that UAZ will pass RZD 617 “connected” cars of the models “Patriot”, “Pickup”, “Profi” and the SGR family. The first cars have already been shipped to railway workers. New technology Connected Car allows you to monitor the car remotely, plan optimal routes and manage some functions of the car.
