The UAZ “Profi” line has been replenished with a modification of the AMS for fire services. It is intended for the delivery of fire brigade, special equipment and fire extinguishing equipment to the scene.

Modification is carried out at the facilities of a UAZ partner, the Nizhny Novgorod plant of special vehicles AvtoLIK.

The car is available with a 2.7-liter gasoline engine (149.6 hp), a 5-speed manual gearbox, and rear or all-wheel drive.

The insulated aluminum-frame van is equipped with shutter-type sashes along the sides and on the rear wall; the sliding roof platform is equipped with mounts for a three-legged ladder. Part of the internal space is reserved for a water tank and a container with a foaming agent with a volume of 300 and 30 liters, respectively, as well as a high-pressure pump unit (up to 20 MPa) with a capacity of 35 l / min. An autonomous heater with a power of 2 kW is provided in the compartment.

The superstructure is divided into sections with nodes for mounting various equipment. For example, a set of breathing apparatus, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, manual scissors for cutting metal and a cutter for seat belts, a blowtorch, a cutting saw with spare disks, hydraulic cutters and much more. The list of equipment may vary depending on customer requirements.
