The newspapers highlighted the state’s humanitarian efforts and its keenness to strengthen and multiply its relief response, especially during difficult times and circumstances resulting from natural disasters, by providing everything necessary as an expression of effective humanitarian solidarity with brotherly and friendly countries facing urgent challenges, the most recent of which is towards Libya as a result of the floods and torrents it has been exposed to.
