The UAE Youth Muay Thai Championship, which was held at the 321 Sports Hall in Al Hudayriat in Abu Dhabi, concluded over three days, with the participation of 513 male and female players from 49 clubs across the country, amid a distinguished audience presence.
The closing day was attended by Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State, Sheikh Mohammed bin Dhiyab bin Saif Al Nahyan, Sheikh Nahyan bin Dhiyab bin Saif Al Nahyan, President of the Asian and Arab Muay Thai Federation and President of the Emirates Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation, Abdullah Saeed Al Neyadi. The Thai Ambassador to the country, Surayut Chasombat, along with the Executive Director of the UAE Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation, Tariq Mohammed Al Muhairi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation, Ali Khoury, and from the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Saeed Al Muhairi and Nasser Al Zaabi.
The results of the final day resulted in UAM Club topping the overall standings of the UAE Youth Championship with a total of 19 medals (14 gold, three silver, two bronze), and Tiger Kickboxing came in second place with a total of 19 medals (five gold, Eight silver, six bronze), while “The Force Sports” came third with a total of 18 medals (five gold, five silver, eight bronze), and “Gym Nation” stood in fourth place with 13 medals (four gold, two silver, seven bronze). Fifth is “Rack Gym” with 14 medals (three gold, four silver, seven bronze).
