UAE Youth Golf Team Maintains Lead in 26th Gulf Championship for Men and 15th Youth Golf Championship

The youth golf team maintained its lead at the top of its category in the 26th Gulf Championship for Men and the 15th Youth Golf Championship, currently being held in Qatar for the second day in a row in teams and singles.
Our youth team, consisting of players Rayan Ahmed, Mohammed Sakik and Rashid Al Jasmi, raised its score in the team category to a total of 303 strikes, in first place. The Omani team came in second with a total of 341 strikes, and the Bahraini team came in third place with a total of 367 strikes.
In the individual competitions, Rayan Ahmed, the UAE national team player, maintained his lead for the second day in a row with 151 hits, his teammate Mohammed Sukayk came in second place with a total of 152 hits, the Omani Ayman Al Busaidi was third with a total of 160 hits, and our young player Rashid Al Jasmi was fourth with a total of 172. At the men’s competition level, the Saudi team topped the rankings with 468 strokes, the Qatari team came second with 472 strokes, then the Bahraini team third with 473 strokes, then the UAE national team fourth with 480 strokes.
