The UAE Ministry of Defense said the attack, which took place at around 4.30am this morning, did not result in any casualties or injuries.

The attack followed an attack that killed three people in the UAE capital a week earlier.
For more than six years, the Houthis have been at war with the Saudi-led Coalition that includes the UAE.
The Yemeni rebel group has repeatedly carried out cross-border missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia, and launched an unprecedented attack on the UAE on January 17, 2022.
“Remnants of the intercepted ballistic missiles fell in separate areas around Abu Dhabi,” the ministry said, adding that it was taking necessary protective measures against all attacks, as quoted by the ministry. Reuters.
UAE newspapers, The National, citing local residents, reported a flash of light in the sky over the capital at around 04.30 am.
Today’s attack was the second on UAE soil since last week’s attack that hit a fuel depot in Abu Dhabi, killing three people and causing a fire near its international airport.
The Houthi-run Al Masirah television said the group would announce within hours the details of its “widespread military operation” against Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
