The UAE Football Association announced that the draw for the quarter-finals of the His Highness the President’s Cup will be held next Saturday, March 9, at the Football Association headquarters in Dubai, with the participation of 8 teams.

Next Saturday, the Dubai Football Association will host the draw ceremony for the quarter-finals of the His Highness the President’s Cup for the 2023-2024 sports season, in the presence of federation officials and representatives of the eight clubs.
Eight teams that qualified from the round of sixteen will participate in the quarter-finals: Ittihad Kalba, Al-Jazira, Sharjah, Al-Ain, Al-Nasr, Al-Wasl, Shabab Al-Ahly and Ajman, and the matches will be held in a one-time knockout system.
According to the approved mechanism, a lottery will be held to distribute the numbers electronically from one to eight (1-8) on the match schedule, while a lottery will be conducted to distribute the clubs on the match schedule by drawing the numbers first, followed by drawing the team name.
The method of drawing and placing will also be repeated for the remaining teams and numbers until it is completed. The matches of this round will be played during the second and third days of next April, on neutral stadiums.
In the semi-finals, the first match will bring together the winner of Match No. 9 with the winner of Match No. 10, while the second match will bring together the winner of Match No. 11 with the winner of Match No. 12. Both matches will be held on neutral stadiums, decided by the UAE Football Association.
The winners of these two matches will meet in the final match of the tournament at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.
