The new launch date was announced during the pre-launch press conference for Mission 1 in Japan due to the effects of Hurricane Nicole in Florida. The launch is scheduled for Monday, November 28 at 5:46 AM Japan Time and 12:46 AM UAE Time. It is 12:46 UAE time. The UAE’s Rashid rover will be landed on the lunar surface by Japan’s iSpace.
