After the two qualifying tournaments in May and June, training was initially very limited because a new floor was being laid in the local Schänzlehalle. From mid-July, training was then possible in the Geschwister-Scholl-Halle. This opportunity was then used intensively during the summer holidays together with the U17 2 team.
In the weeks after the holidays, the team was able to train and try out a lot, with two training games against HSG Fridingen-Mühlheim and TuS Steißlingen, as well as a training day last Sunday. Shortly before the summer holidays, two new additions to the team, Noah Zugmantel and Paul Auwärter, joined the team. In addition to their first-team rights at TV Überlingen, both boys also have a second-team right at HSG Konstanz U15.
But the training performance of the team around the coaching duo Emonts/Nyesö/Hermanutz gives confidence that with the attitude from the qualification tournaments and the home Schänzlehalle behind them, they can more than just stand up to their opponents in the Oberliga Südbaden.
