HOUSTON, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) — A brawl between two groups of youths sparked a shooting that left one dead and three injured on Wednesday in El Paso, a city in southern Texas. States and close to Mexico, authorities announced on Thursday.

According to Acting El Paso Police Chief Peter Pacillas, the two groups of youths between the ages of 15 and 20 were brawling in the food court of the Cielo Vista mall when one of them pulled out a weapon and opened fire.
