U.S. stocks fell sharply, Taiwan stocks fell more than 200 points in early trading and fell below 15,400 points

Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened with nuclear weapons again and announced his withdrawal from the US-Russia treaty. The four major US stock indexes plummeted, with the Dow Jones Index plummeting 697 points. The Taiwan stock weighted index reached 15354.47 points in early trading, fell 208.53 points, fell below 15400 points, and the turnover value was NT$39.333 billion.

U.S. stocks fell sharply. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 697.1 points or 2.06% to close at 33129.59 points; the S&P 500 index fell 81.75 points or 2.00% to close at 3997.34 points; the technology stock Nasdaq index fell 294.97 points or 2.5%, to close at 11492.30 points; the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell 99.604 points, or 3.31%, to close at 2906.264 points.

Wafer foundry leader TSMC reached 505 yuan in early trading, down 11 yuan; Apple optical lens supplier Largan fell 30 yuan to 2,230 yuan; Hon Hai came to 101.5 yuan, down 1 yuan.
