April 4 (Reuters) – The U.S. military carried out an operation in Syria on Monday in which an Islamic State (IS) commander was killed, the U.S. military’s central command said.
Khalid Ahmad al-Jabouri was considered responsible for planning attacks in Europe and developed IS’s command structure, he added in a statement.
