In her recent column In Het Parool tells Lale Gül about the reactions she received after her previous one column over Lenny Kuhr (‘This has nothing to do with Palestine anymore, this is hatred of Jews’). She had to ‘take in a lot of rubbish’.
The reactions to my book three years ago were nothing. I eventually had to delete my column everywhere online because I couldn’t handle it anymore.
I was quartered on X and LinkedIn, but also in my Parool mailbox. The comments that I received on the ever so nuanced world wide web did not appeal to the dogs. I was also told things I didn’t know before, such as that I am funded by the Zionists.
