Philadelphia 76ers has one of the best “Big Three” ever NBA. This morning it was shown. No Joel Embiid Tyrese Maxey decided to take the streaks that James Harden (11-4-4) did not subdue to the Toronto Raptors with an exceptional performance.
In nearly 40 minutes on the pitch, Maxey had 44 points, eight rebounds, four assists and one steal. In front of the basket he was more inspired than ever, with impressive percentages of 75% in field goals (15-20 TC) and 75% in triples (9-12 T3).
This performance only confirms what the player himself had warned from last season: Tyrese Maxey is already an NBA star and threatens to play his first All Star Game this year.
In the previous season, the Sixers player averaged 17.5 points and 4.3 assists per game. This season he started with 20.0 points and 3.4 assists, being much more aggressive and looking towards the basket whenever he can.
Decisions to save projects
After more than two years at the helm of the Philadelphia 76ers bench, Doc Rivers has shown that the challenge never stops coming to him. Until now, a competitive Sixers hasn’t been seen to have more than enough pieces to fight for the championship ring. It shouldn’t be long before the franchise finds a replacement to start looking.
