Heavy rain close to 1000 mm

It also strengthens when blowing back or away
One of the features is that after landing there were areas around the center where the atmospheric pressure gradient was mild and the surrounding area changed into a structure where the wind blows stronger. In the area where the center passed, the relatively light winds lasted for several hours, and when we started to let our guard down there was a tendency to blow harder again.
One of the characteristics of this area is that the southerly wind tends to get stronger towards the typhoon.
From 18 to 20 September we conducted a questionnaire among users of the “Weather News” app, and among those who replied that they had suffered damage due to this typhoon, almost 90% replied that they had suffered “wind damage” . doing.
