An iconic piece of Atlanta history is on the market right now: Tyler Perry’s former mansion. The massive complex is back on the market, and this time (relatively) cheaper than the first time it was listed.
How big is Perry’s old mansion?
When we say mansion, we mean mansion! This massive complex spans 16,000 square feet, and sits on a truly enormous 11 acres of land in Chattahoochee Hills in Fairburn. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, beautifully crafted chandeliers, and a beautiful staircase.
Atlanta real estate agent Hubert Tate said a 11Alive News: “This property has a swimming pool, ponds and a movie theater.”
And as an added bonus, 11Alive reports that, “The owner even includes a vintage Rolls Royce, a Ferrari and custom home improvements with purchase.»

How much does this mansion officially cost?
3.9 million dollars. That’s right, you could be the proud owner of Perry’s former mansion for just $3.9 million. The mansion had previously been listed for nearly $5 million, but real estate agent Hubert Tate “expects it to attract more interest this time,” according to 11Alive.
