Friday, February 11, a car was set on fire, around 9:45 p.m., in the Fonsala district of Saint-Chamond.
Fires, vehicles or more often garbage cans, being recurrent in this sector, police surveillance was in place that evening. Also, two young people from the neighborhood, aged 17 and 18, were quickly checked near the scene. As this was not the first time that these individuals had been identified in the vicinity of this type of event, they were arrested on Tuesday at their home.
They denied the facts, but in view of the file, they will be summoned to court.
