It all started from an “anonymous source”, who, in August 2024, reported to the police that the young lovers, who had been in a relationship for several months, were engaged in trafficking. Their placing under surveillance highlights a real “Uber shit” e-commerce with online store, dematerialized payments and direct delivery.

When the young man’s home was raided by the police on September 4, they found 1.1 kilos of hashish, 435 grams of weed, 7,000 euros in cash, and the retailer’s essentials: vacuum sealing machine, packaging bags… By unlocking his phone, investigators discovered a customer file of 109 people, and details on the pricing policy: 10 euros delivery costs.

At the bar, the young man defended by Me Perrine Jacquet, already convicted twice and released from prison in May 2022 for similar facts, admits to the facts. However, he promises to want to reorient himself towards construction. At the bar, defended by Me Margaux Casteix, she assures that she was “not aware of the seriousness of the facts” but that “custody opened her eyes”, to which the vice-prosecutor replied that: she took advantage of the lifestyle offered by her partner’s activity: travel, shopping at Vuitton, etc.

The court sentenced the young woman to 12 months’ imprisonment, four of which were on an electronic bracelet and eight suspended. And his companion is two years in prison with continued detention.
