TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Two women were found dead while the other two were in critical condition in the car stopped, but the engine and air conditioner (AC) were running.
The incident occurred on September 17, 2020, at 01.40 local time on the Shell Samagagah highway, Malaysia.
Reporting from World Of Buzz, the victims were college students, Sharifah Fariesha Syed Fathi (21), and Ayuni Shazwanie Shabri (21).
Each died at the scene and at Seberang Jaya Hospital (HSJ).
And two colleagues who are in critical condition are currently being treated in hospitals in Lumut and Kuala Lumpur.
According to the Seberang Perai Tengah Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Shafee Abd Samad, the incident occurred when the four women stopped to rest at a gas station.
CCTV footage revealed that the Honda Odyssey driven by the twins stopped and parked at a gas station at 8.30pm, he said.
The four of them got out of the car to buy food and returned to the car.
Shafee said the incident was known to Ayuni Shazwanie’s father who found their car at the scene.
Previously, the man who lives in Kedah came out to find his daughter who did not come home after the last time he sent a message to his mother at 9:15 p.m. local time.
