Two tickets won “Take 5” lottery in the Bronx and Staten Island, New York

A jackpot ticket for Tuesday night’s “Take 5” drawing won $37,871.50 in the Bronx, hours after another player hit $18,208.50 in Staten Islandalso in NYC.

The Bronx ticket was purchased at the “Fordham Lucky 7” store located at 152 East 188th Street. And the Staten Island one at “Thriftway Pharmacy”, located at 150FG Greaves Lane. The winning numbers on Tuesday afternoon were 5, 15, 20, 21 and 26; and on the night 8, 16, 26, 28 and 32.

Luck fell on the Bronx just a few days after a player in that county managed to win $34,045.50. There were also $10,668 winners in Jamaica (Queens) and Lindenhurst in Long Island’s Suffolk County for Friday’s noon “Take 5” drawing. Pix11.

Bettors can check nylottery.ny.gov to see if they have the winning numbers. The “Take 5” lottery is drawn from a field of 1-39 and costs $1 to play. There are two draws per day: one at 2:30 pm and one at 10:30 pm Winners have up to one year from the draw date to claim their prize.
