This is stated by the Oslo Police District in a press release.
The Oslo police reported the case immediately after 10.30 pm. No one was injured in the incident, and the object was extinguished.
The police have previously described the object as a Molotov cocktail, ie a firebomb consisting of a bottle of combustible substance, often petrol, with a rag stuffed down like fuse.
A total of four people were first brought in, before two of them are now charged in the case. The two teenagers are charged with violence, threats, damage or unlawful conduct against a public servant.
On Sunday, the two will be questioned, and the police are investigating the case further. Police have secured video from surveillance cameras at the scene.
