A snack bar on the Langsom in Nieuw-West was raided on Wednesday evening around 8.30 pm. The twee suspects were quickly arrested. The use of a police helicopter and many responses to the Burgernet report helped with the rapid arrests, the police say.

No one was injured and the suspected loot was found with one of the suspects. The suspects were transferred to a detention center and detained there.
Two men entered the snack bar around half past eight and threatened with weapons. They managed to steal an amount of money. The snack bar employee present was not injured.
Immediately after the robbery, the police issued a Burgernet report. Almost ten people responded to this and partly thanks to those tips, the suspects were arrested.
