Barysu defender Nur-Sultan Darren Dietz is in the first place. The Canadian native representing Kazakhstan has long been one of the most productive bulls in the competition and will earn at least 100 million Russian rubles this season, which is approximately 1.24 million euros. Sport-Express worked only with the basic salaries of players. The total earnings of hockey players, including bonuses and bonuses, will be known only after the end of the current year.
SUPER EXPENSIVE LOCOMOTIVE
Dietz dethroned Russian Vadim Sipachov, who dropped to second place compared to the previous season. Leader Dinama Moscow has a salary of 95 million rubles in the salary cap, but already during the first month of the season he earned a bonus of 19 million for reaching the target of 20 Canadian points in the basic part. He scored 7 goals in September and added 18 assists.
The third place is shared by Finnish striker Salavat Yulaev Ufa Teemu Hartikainen and Russian center Lokomotiv Yaroslavl Maxim Shalunov with a salary of 90 million rubles. “Most super-expensive players are located in Yaroslavl. Lokomotiv offered up to five hockey players at least 75 million per season. Shalunov, Boucher, Pasquale, Petersson and Marchenko will receive 390 million, or 43 percent of the team’s salary cap. “ pointed out Sport-Express.
CSKA Moscow and SKA St. Petersburg have the largest representation in the entire list, represented by 14 hockey players. The Slovak flag shines in the ranking thanks to a pair of former teammates from Leksand, Sweden. Center Marek Hrivík traveled from the north of Europe to Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod before the start of the season, the winger Peter Cehlárik signed a contract with Avangard Omsk. Both are still among the leaders and most productive players of their teams.
According to Sport-Express, Cehlárik has a more lucrative contract. The Žilina offspring will earn 45 million rubles per season, in terms of approximately 557 thousand euros, which puts him in 68th place in the salary ranking. Hrivík in the divided 91st position should improve by 40 million rubles (495 thousand euros).
For comparison, the best paid Czechs will receive in the current year 50 million rubles (619-thousand euros). This amount will land on the accounts of the goalkeeper of Omsk Šimon Hrubec and the attackers of Chelyabinsk Tomáš Hyka with Lukáš Sedlák. In the previous season, the Czech players figured in the elite trio. However, striker Dmitrij Jaškin meanwhile headed for the NHL and goalkeeper Jakub Kovář terminated his contract with Yekaterinburg after a serious injury.
