The fire brigade was alerted about the fire shortly after 12:30 am. It appeared to be burning pallets under a canopy, two fire trucks pulled out.
Once on site, it became clear that a shed with apparently equipment and agricultural machinery in it was on fire. The fire brigade gave the signal ‘very big fire’, after which a lot more equipment and men were called up. This was necessary, among other things, to have enough water to fight the fire.
The signal ‘fire master’ was given around 03.15 am, but the extinguishing continued. A third barn plus the house in the yard could be saved.
