Two men opened fire in Lacaillestraat in the Brussels Marolles. Two others were seriously injured. They were taken to hospital and are not in life-threatening condition.
The shooting took place near Zuidlaan around 6 p.m. The perpetrators were able to flee on an electric scooter. The police started a manhunt. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, the perpetrators were masked, but the police could not or would not confirm this because the perpetrators are still around.
