Two people were found dead in a house on Jalan Sulawesi, Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Kota Blitar, East Java. The two victims were the employer and household assistant (ART).
“Earlier we received a report from the Head of the RT, saying there was a bad smell in the house. Then we checked, through the house next door. We saw someone lying on their back,” said the Head of the local RW Siswanto when met at the location, as reported detikJatimMonday (1/1/2024).
Siswanto said that his party checked the location at around 16.45 WIB. After that, they reported the incident to the police.
“After that the police came, checked together. There were two people who died. These are still being evacuated by the police,” he explained.
Siswanto admitted that he did not know in detail the identities of the two people. However, the two of them are suspected to be the owner of the house (female) and her maid. “Still being evacuated, waiting for the police,” he said.
From the information gathered, one of the bodies was found on the terrace of the main house. Meanwhile, a body covered in blood was in the kitchen.
