The driver, two adults and two minor passengers of Renault were taken to the hospital. The second driver received minor injuries.
On the P-20 Snyatin-Tyaziv highway in Ivano-Frankivsk region, Renault Kengo drove into the oncoming lane and collided with another passenger car – GAZ 2410. One person died in the accident, six more were injured, reported press service of the regional police department on Facebook.
It is noted that the accident happened between the settlements of Gorodenka and Yakubovka.
The victim of the accident was a woman passenger of GAZ, she died from her injuries on the spot. The driver of this car, a man born in 1950, received minor injuries.
At the same time, the driver, two adults and two minor passengers of Renault were taken to the hospital. Physicians determine the extent of their injuries.
Both drivers were checked for alcohol intoxication. The data has not yet been released.
