Tony Buzbee has filed six new charges against Diddy. Three men and three women who claim to have been raped and drugged, one of the victims appears to have been 13 years old at the time and claims that other celebrities participated in the rape.

The lawyer Tony Buzbeea lawyer who took care of 120 clients, alleged victims of Sean Combshe filed six new causes against the rapper which join the other six filed just a week ago and the accusation of Ashley Parham. The plaintiffs are three women and three men who want to remain anonymous and who in the documents are all called with the fictitious names Jane and John Doe. Six alleged victims who claim to have been drugged and raped from Combs. Five of the suits were filed in New York federal court, while the sixth was filed in the city’s Superior Court. The charges brought against Combs are violence, rape, assault, sexual harassment and battery, all crimes which in the case of these six cases would have been committed between 2000 and 2022 in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas during the parties organized by the rapper. One of the three women accusing the rapper claims that at the time of the events, dating back to 2000, he was 13 years old and points the finger not only at Diddy but also two other celebrities whose names, however, have not been released.
The accusations of the alleged minor victim
One of the six victims recounts events dating back to 2000the year she would have been a minor, to be exact 13enne. The girl claims she was approached by a chauffeur in a limousine who allegedly invited her to attend an afterparty of the MTV Video Music Awards organized in New York by Sean Combs. The young woman would have gotten into the car and he would have had a drink which had been offered to her and which, from what she says, would have made her very sleepy. The girl then looked for a place to lie down but was joined there by Sean Combs and two other celebrities, a man and a woman whose names were not released. According to what was reported by the alleged victim, it would have been raped first by the male celebrity while Diddy and the other woman looked on. After him too Combs allegedly raped the minoralways under the eyes of these two well-known characters. Besides her too another woman – not a minor – claims to have been drugged and suffered sexual violence dal rapper in 2014.

The attacks occurred in 2022
Among the other alleged victims there would be a personal trainer who, at the Lifetime Achievement Award afterparty at the 2022 BET Awards, would be junkie after being forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The man was allegedly knocked unconscious and was used “as a toy for the sexual pleasure of Combs’ guests,” the complaint reports. Before he completely lost consciousness, the man would have realized that Combs was doing something to him oral sex without his consent. The personal trainer was also allegedly forced to perform oral sex on a celebrity whose name was not disclosed. There is also one to denounce the rapper 29 year old singer who claims to have met him at a party in December 2022. Diddy would have approached the woman offering her a collaboration for a song and with this excuse he would have invited her to his office. The woman also claims to have been drugged and raped by the rapper. When she woke up, the singer said she saw blood and bruises on her body which would suggest that the woman did it tied with ropes, an episode that left her with serious psychological trauma. Always in 2022 another man would also have been raped during an event for the Cîroc vodka brand – taken over by Diddy. The man apparently decided to participate in the event to create networking, but he was also under the influence of drugs forced to touch the rapper’s genitals then the situation would have degenerated and subsequently interrupted thanks to the intervention of an unnamed professional athlete.

Comments from Sean Combs’ lawyers
Already last week, after the first group of accusations presented by the lawyer Buzbee, Combs’ lawyers had denied their client’s involvement in the facts accused of him. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” Combs’ lawyers told CNN. “In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, man or woman.” Furthermore, just this weekend, the rapper’s lawyers asked the judge overseeing his federal case to issue an order to prohibit potential witnesses and their lawyers to talk about the charges against him. Diddy is currently locked up in federal prison in New York, where he will remain until his trial begins on May 5, 2025.
