The project, in its 28 stores, offers a wide variety of items, among which stand out: cafeteria, ice cream parlor, pasta shop, pizzas, empanadas, sushi, pet shop, bookstore, lingerie, paint shop, bazaar, clothing, decoration, hairdresser and aesthetics. Undoubtedly, the Almacenes Pampa brand supermarket, from the El Nene group, which has been operating since the end of last year, deserves a separate paragraph.

Santillan adds that the complex has reserved spaces for clinics and offices. “Currently, there are a few stores that are finishing the conditioning and final details that allow them to exploit and open the space, we hope that it will be fully active in the coming months.”

According to Marin, the lack of proximity to commercial premises and the absence of services were two of the main drivers behind the development of this proposal. “The place offers everything that today’s customers demand: open air, closeness, green spaces and a surface that allows us to bring together different proposals in one place,” says the spokesperson for the venture.

The center consists of a commercial area distributed over two floors, with top brand stores, specialized stores, clothing, decoration, health, beauty and gastronomy. To this are added service and health areas with a laboratory and medical offices of the British Hospital, a supermarket, a gym and a first-line bank.

The proposal for Nuevo Quilmes Plaza is complemented by an exclusive 5,000 m² office building, distributed over five floors, with a floor for a renowned coworking space and an exclusive uncovered parking area, with capacity for 300 vehicles.
