There were three people in the ghost driving car that collided with another vehicle on the A16 in North Brabant on Sunday evening. Two of them have died, the police confirmed on Monday after reporting Broadcasting Brabant. The third occupant is seriously injured in the hospital.
Three people were also in the vehicle with which the wrong-way driver collided. The driver of this car has died. The other two occupants were seriously injured. A dog also died.
According to a police spokesman, the ghost driver drove in a dark Seat. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.
The road was closed after the collision. On Monday around 6 a.m., the ANWB reported that the lanes had reopened in both directions. Due to the seriousness of the incident, the emergency services involved are offered aftercare.
