Judicial sources reported that two of the three arrested yesterday, Nicolás Axel Emiliano Rojas (20), alias “Pelusa”; and MPRM (20), refused to testify this afternoon when questioned by prosecutor Pablo Rossi, from the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 18 of Lomas de Zamora.

During the investigation, the judicial investigator charged them with the crimes of “robbery aggravated by the use of a firearm (two incidents) and homicide criminis causa.” According to the spokespersons, after the investigation, the two suspects will continue to be detained at the disposal of the Guarantee Justice.

At the same time, yesterday a 17-year-old teenager was also arrested and will be taken to testify tomorrow before prosecutor Juan Ignacio Colazo of UFI 2 of the FRPJ.
