Actively sought since March when they were cited by the three suspects then indicted, these two people are currently being questioned as part of the investigations aimed at precisely establish the facts which led to the couple’s death.
Since the beginning of the investigation of the case, three suspects have been identified. Between February 28 and March 4, 2023, they were in turn placed in police custody and then remanded in custody.
Tom T., 22 years old, Nathan B., 22 years old, and Enzo C., 23 years old, are indicted for the arrest, kidnapping, sequestration or arbitrary detention of several people (criminal acts which can be punished by imprisonment criminal offense of up to 30 years), and modification of the inventory of a crime or misdemeanor to obstruct the manifestation of the truth (a misdemeanor punishable by three years in prison).
Nathan B. and Enzo C. are also indicted for murder (a fact which can result in criminal imprisonment up to life imprisonment).
