The events took place on the afternoon of last Thursday in San Antón de Logroño street. A call alerted that a woman was very nervous and in a state of anxiety, since her very young son could not breathe. The baby’s mother stated that her son I had lost consciousness and had serious breathing difficulties.
A few minutes later, several police patrols moved to the place and observed how the baby begins to convulse repeatedly, getting to lose consciousness momentarily. Upon seeing the number of people who had gathered in the middle of a public thoroughfare, the agents transferred it to a street portal and two of the agents proceeded to carry out the first cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers, preventing the minor from choking with his own tongue, opening his mouth and unblocking his airways, following the first aid protocol.
Within a few minutes the baby begins to regain consciousness, to cry and breathe slowly, until the health services appear, which stabilize him inside a medical ambulance, then transferring him to the emergency service of the San Pedro Hospital.
