Two motorcyclists were seriously injured in a crash on the A58 on Saturday afternoon at around five o’clock. This happened at the junction with the A16, at the Princeville junction. Maybe the two got lost. Both were transported to hospital by ambulance.
The two were part of a larger motorcyclist group of ten to fifteen men. According to a spokesperson for Rijkswaterstaat, other motorcyclists preferred not to leave the place where the accident happened. This is happening at least at the request of Rijkswaterstaat.
One of the engines is badly damaged.
The Etten-Leur link road towards Prinsenbeek is closed due to the accident. Traffic is diverted by Rijkswaterstaat. There is now a traffic jam of several kilometers.
