Two men seen in viral video identified before deadly shooting in Aurora – NBC Denver

AURORA, Colo. – Aurora police are still searching for those involved in the fatal shooting that occurred on August 18 near 12th Avenue and Dallas Street, which has received national attention due to the circulation of security camera video inside the building located at that address.

This time they reported that an Arapahoe District Court judge on Monday afternoon signed arrest warrants for two suspects involved in the shooting.

Arrest warrants are now active for Edilson Yoel Pena Angulo, 25, and Danyeer Aramillo Meneses, 23, on charges of first-degree robbery and threatening with a firearm, both felonies.

A total of six armed men appeared on security camera video from Aug. 18 knocking on apartment doors about 10 minutes before a fatal shooting. Five of those six suspects have been positively identified.

One of those suspects, Naudi López-Fernández, 21, is in custody.

Aurora police insist that none of the six suspects have been linked to any criminal organization.
